Round Hi-Stress Nut

The Round HI-Stress Pierce Nut (RHN) is an automatically installed, system-fed fastener that does not require a pre-pierced hole. Offered by Multifastener and other Fastening Systems International (FSI) affiliates, the Round HI-Stress Pierce Nut makes a consistent mechanical attachment which provides a secure, permanent installation.

The small size and round shape enhances application flexibility.  Attachment to short flanges and into tight corners is easily accomplished.  For further information, contact your sales representative.

  • The panel material recommended for maximum performance and trouble free installation is cold rolled steel with a tensile strength less than 35Kg/mm2 (50Kpsi) and hardness less than RB 45.
